Resort Homes was founded in 1991. We have been helping customers with their mobile home and park models needs for over 30 years!
We transport mobile homes and park models throughout Arizona (AZ) and can help with finding a financing solution. We work with transport solutions and and can help with setup.
We offer all of Cavco Arizona’s manufactured homes such as Cavco Durango, Cavco West and Cavco Park Models & Cabins. That includes double-wide mobile homes, triple-wide mobile homes, and even quad-wide mobile homes.

Yes, we can help you find a lender or you can use your own. The choice is yours on which lender you use.
Do you take trades?
We offer top dollar for RVs, park models and manufactured homes.
How soon can I expect delivery?
With the cuerrent times and considering the popularity of purchasing a new factory built home or park model it depends on the factories availability. Please contact us directly to discuss your time frame.
What if I don’t find exactly what I want?
Not a problem! We can customize most Park Models and manufactured homes to fit your needs. Keep in mind we cannot add square footage on Park Models. We must stay under four hundred square feet to keep the RV status.
